Harbor Heartbeat 2018

The Healthy Harbor Initiative releases their annual report every year in the form of a document all about the quality of the water in our harbor. In 2016 and 2017, I designed the Healthy Harbor Report Card, but in 2018 Healthy Harbor wanted to change it up. The connotation of a "report card" often meant failing grades, not focusing enough on the slowly but steadily increasing quality and efforts by various groups. Starting in 2018, they wanted to release Harbor Heartbeat. Harbor Heartbeat needed a new logo, a new identity, a set of icons, a whole new look. Healthy Harbor wanted the document to be bright, colorful, positive, and friendly.
